Viro produces white sugar and pasteurized liquid sugar primarily for non-alcoholic drinks industry. To maximally use sugar beet, we produce dry briquette beet chips, which belong to the category of high-quality fodder, and molasses, used in alcohol and yeast industry.


Pasteurized liquid sugar

Pasteurized liquid sugar is a new product of Viro sugar factory. It is produced by mixing treated, chemically prepared, water with crystals of sucrose. Water from the water supply system is used for melting sugar, but it is also possible to use the well-water for the factory surroundings. Final quality needs to fill the specification requirements and local regulations. Pasteurized liquid sugar is primarily produced for soft-drink industry. It is distributed in tank trucks.
